Before booking, there are a few things to keep in mind:
Schools are responsible for organizing their own transportation to and from the Nordic Ski Club. Schools must time their arrival and departure in accordance with the session schedule.
Teachers and parent volunteers must accompany each group.
Sessions run Tuesday–Friday (snowshoe sessions primarily Tuesday & Thursday).
Morning Sessions 9.00-11.00 AM
Afternoon Sessions 12.00-2.00 PM
Consider combining classes to reduce transportation costs.
Pricing varies depending on the activity and the level of staff support required.
Every booking includes a base fee covering up to 15 students, with an additional per-student fee for larger groups.
Because Nelson Nordic operates as a not-for-profit organization, program fees help cover instruction, equipment, and trail maintenance while keeping outdoor education accessible.
